Business Resource Groups
We encourage all our people to participate in our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) as members or allies. BRGs are voluntary employee-led groups to share unique perspectives and experiences. In these spaces, our teams engage and learn from one another through meetings, educational activities, and social events. BRGs are platforms for our people to be seen and heard, making ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ an even better place to work. Our BRGs are led by an executive sponsor and two co-captains and reflect the rich and diverse communities in which we live and operate. Our current BRGs are: African American / Black Employee Leaders (AABEL), Build Pride, Veterans, and Women Who Build.
